Press Studio · Software for print and publishing

Automate routine print work and retain full control of every file.

Press Studio helps publishing and production teams create layouts, check publications, convert documents, and prepare artwork for press. It works with your templates and specifications, then exports editable IDML files or print-ready PDFs.

Exact dimensions and bleed

Editable IDML for InDesign

PDF presets for your press

Configured for existing workflows

Made for print production

The output is a working production file.

Press Studio keeps text, colors, layers, and linked assets available for production. Dimensions, bleed, color settings, and PDF output follow the specifications used by your team.

01

Print specifications

Set dimensions in millimeters, bleed, resolution, color handling, and PDF output.

02

Existing templates

Use established InDesign layouts as the starting point for new work and format changes.

03

Final review

Designers and prepress staff can inspect and edit the file before it goes to press.

Workflow

Bring in source material. Leave with files production can use.

1

Supply the content

Upload copy, logos, images, PDFs, Office documents, or an existing IDML package.

2

Create or check the job

Produce layouts and format versions, apply corrections, or review a complete publication against agreed checks.

3

Hand over the file

Export an editable IDML package or a print-ready PDF using the required preset.

Modules

Choose the parts your team needs.

Press Studio can handle one specific task or connect several steps in the same workflow. We configure the selected modules for your files, templates, and systems.

01

AI Print Designer

Create advertisements, inserts, flyers, and promotional pages from supplied copy and artwork. Export the result as an editable layout.

02

Publication QA

Check complete publications for language issues, broken contact details, QR codes, page order, contents, and visual inconsistencies.

03

Editorial Converter

Extract and structure editorial content from finished or archived PDFs for a new edition, archive, or digital channel.

04

Prepress Studio

Prepare images and PDFs with bleed generation, upscaling, vectorization, color conversion, and saved output settings.

05

Workflow Automation

Connect templates, business data, approvals, and production systems where manual handoffs slow the job down.

Print layout

Create the layout, then finish it in InDesign.

AI Print Designer turns a brief and supplied assets into a layout at the required size. Text, colors, layers, and links remain editable, so the result can move into the normal production process.

Multiple design variants from the same materials

Questions

Common questions from production teams.

Does Press Studio replace Adobe InDesign?+

No. Press Studio prepares work for InDesign and handles surrounding production tasks. Your team receives an editable IDML package and continues in InDesign.

Can you use our existing InDesign templates?+

Yes. Existing IDML layouts, linked assets, format rules, and PDF presets can form the basis of a configured workflow.

Which files can we provide?+

Depending on the module, workflows can accept common image formats, PDFs, Word and PowerPoint files, vector artwork, and IDML packages. We confirm the exact intake during the pilot.

Can we begin with only one module?+

Yes. Most projects should begin with one measurable workflow and expand only after it has proven useful in production.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?+

Integration is scoped around your environment. This can include business data, asset systems, editorial platforms, storage, and production APIs.

How is pricing calculated?+

Pricing depends on the selected modules, production volume, customization, integrations, and support requirements. We provide a proposal after the workflow review.
